At Breezoid, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand our delivery process, timelines, and charges.

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order. The total payable amount (including product price, GST, and shipping) is shown on the checkout page before payment.

2. Delivery Timelines

3. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
• For UPI payments, order processing begins only after payment is successfully verified by our payment gateway. Orders with "Payment Pending" status are not dispatched.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins immediately upon order placement.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Pincode Serviceability

We deliver to most pincodes across India. During checkout, we validate your delivery pincode to confirm serviceability. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout and will not be able to proceed with the order. We are continuously expanding our delivery network and recommend checking again at a later date if your pincode is currently not serviceable.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the order tracking page on our website.
• You can track your order status at any time by visiting Track Your Order and entering your Order ID and the email address used during checkout.
• Tracking information may take 12-24 hours to become active after shipping.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed courier and logistics partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partner may vary based on your delivery location and order specifics.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts at your provided address.
• If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund (minus shipping charges).
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. For COD orders, the payment amount must be ready at the time of delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging at info@breezoid.in.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, or courier partner delays. Breezoid shall not be held liable for such delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
